President of the Passive House Alliance, Chicago Chapter, and Oak Park Architect Tom Bassett-Dilley will discuss the role of design in maximizing efficiency, comfort, and sense of place in residential architecture, both new and remodel/retrofit. Examples of his projects from Oak Park, River Forest, and Geneva, as well as Passive House projects in the US and Germany will illustrate the presentation.
