Annual Public Meeting 2027

Join fellow Olmsted Society members and friends at the Olmsted Society Annual Public Meeting. Meet the newly elected officers and directors and learn more about the Society’s accomplishments in 2026.

Following the business portion of the meeting, Riverside resident resident Vytas Čuplinskas will present “Riverside Observed,”  a photography and ambient sound recording presentation offering unique perspectives on Riverside. Experience an eye-opening onscreen presentation featuring gigantic photographs accompanied by ambient sound recordings.

When a photographer travels to new locations, it is easy to be captivated by the novelty of the unseen sights. Yet, once back home, everyday surroundings can seem ordinary or uninspiring, even banal. So what would happen if we could see our everyday surroundings with fresh eyes?

Riverside Observed – Sometimes you just have to walk out your front door to discover an unseen world.

All, members and non-members alike, are welcome to attend.

New and renewing members can pay their annual dues at our Membership Table.

Refreshments will be served afterwards.
